Return Policy

No-Hassle Returns

If you would like to return a product, just send it back. Please enclose a note explaining why you are returning the item. If your return is postmarked within the first 30 days after you initially received the merchandise, you will be credited the full price of your product either back to your credit or debit card, or as a check refund, depending on how you paid. Shipping fees are not refundable unless we made an error with your shipment.

Items must be returned in new condition for a refund.

If our products arrived to you damaged, we will be happy to replace them, if you notify us within one week of receiving them. If only the CD is damaged or defective, please notify us and we will send you a replacement CD.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled if we receive your cancellation before the order is shipped. Call or e-mail us. We are sorry, but orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

How to Return Items

Place the merchandise in the original shipping package or a another similar package. Include in the package your order number, the reason for your return, and your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. If you are sending back defective merchandise, describe the defect. Please carefully pack the merchandise and wrap the package securely to keep merchandise from moving during shipment.
